"Well, Jodes, Danika and I have been Box and Burning since the start of the new year. As the reigning Box 'n' Burners of the month, cough, cough, it must be said that we are still really enjoying the classes. Well maybe not the class itself, cause that would be just sick but definately the increased energy levels for many hours after the class, the good nights sleep and our general health is what we are getting out of this most of all.
Our goals are pretty similar. Weight loss is a bonus, however we are just loving how good we feel "everyday"
We did initally turn up wih the intentions of dropping a few pounds and then legging it. I personally (Callan) havent lost a single pound in a couple of months and actually gained a kilo over the last few weeks. Everyone keeps tell me that it is muscle gain and I am happy with that explanation. We have now turned a corner and have realised that this is a long term commitment. See you all tonight!" "I started with JMA at the beginning of January and by the end of this week I will have lost over 20kg's!
I'm not just trying to lose weight but change my lifestyle too. My goals are to be fitter and lighter for October when I do my first state car rally. I have chosen to have 12 months free of alcohol and haven't touched a drink yet even managing through Australia Day and a wedding!
I have really noticed a difference in my overall wellbeing, just generally feeling so much better, my energy has sky rocketed, my mood has lifted and my enjoyment from life has increased.
