Building strength

A two-for-one cardio and strength workout, boxing improves overall fitness.
During a box and burn workout, you may punch or kick hundreds of times, requiring your upper body, lower body, and core to engage as you make contact. It is not all about boxing either, Box and Burn classes incorporate boot camp style fitness that will see you reach your fitness goals in no time.

Full Body Workout

In addition to boosting your strength and cardio, boxing improves a number of areas in fitness, including balance, coordination, reactivity, and agility. If you are doing it right and firing everything with proper form boxing is a full body workout. You are not only using your arms to extend for each punch, you're actually driving power from your hips and legs and you will also work your back, shoulders, and core.
